So far almost all BMW M2 tuning kits we’ve seen had to do with body kits and some with power upgrades. Now Print Tech kick starts the wrapping game for this car with this rather amazing purple BMW M2 they’ve just finished working on. Actually the color on this purple BMW M2 is called “glossy fuchsia” and it’s like a very metallic magenta. It is an interesting color, but we have to say it doesn’t really work on a car as small as the M2. It would have looked a lot better on something with a bit more bulk, like an X5 or something. That said, we like how this shade of purple goes with the charcoal grey M wheels on this car. It took a while, but Chris Harris’ review of the new, face-lifted Porsche 991 Turbo S is finally released. Chris filmed this a while back at Kaylami race track in South Africa, and it has now found an outlet on Top Gear, a venue which Chris seems to be taking over completely. It is almost mandatory for sport exhaust makers these days to come up with nicely edited videos of their custom system so that the customers can sample the noise before ordering their kits. Hamann is taking their sweet time over developing the promised aero kit for the BMW M2 but it seems the bugger is finally ready to take the tuning scene by storm. These are the first photos of Hamann BMW M2 sporting the body kit they first announced last year, and it’s looking somewhat peculiar. Maybe that’s because this particular Hamann BMW M2 uses white aero parts on a white body and that is making the whole thing look kinda fat. But Hamann has to do a lot better with the finished product if they want to have something to say against the truly amazing kits that are in the pipeline for the M2. What they are proposing at this stage incudes a rather massive front spoiler lip that sits on the stock front bumper and gives it more girth, a pair of side skirts, and, one would imagine, a rear diffuser along with some kind of rear boot spoiler. It’s been a while since we last saw one of these awesome real world reviews from Harry’s Garage. Now though the petrolhead king is back sporting a beard and reviewing another classic SL-Class Mercedes-Benz. Harry loves these cars, and after the R129 he showed us a while back he now has a more popular R107 1971 Mercedes 350 SL and wants to tell us about it. This generation of the SL has one of the most iconic body shapes ever and one that seems to be aging really, really well. One of the coolest things about the BMW M2 is how normal the car looks in standard guise. It’s just a compact saloon that happens to go like a stabbed rat and have one of the best driving experiences in any class and price range. A while ago we showed what PSM Dynamic has in mind for the BMW M2 in terms of a wide body kit. Now, if that proposition was not ‘extreme’ enough for you, check this out. This is Aristo Dynamics BMW M2 and it takes the concept of wide body-ness to a whole new level. Just like PSM’s car, Aristo Dynamics BMW M2 is a rendering at this stage but the Spanish tuner does have a concrete plan to make it. We like what we’re seeing in these images, but there is always a degree of uncertainty with extreme kits like this whether they look like this in the flesh and up close. The M2, after all, is a pretty compact coupe. Won’t those huge fenders look ungainly on it? Those huge fenders are only part of a massive styling kit for the Aristo Dynamics BMW M2. The package also includes customized bumpers with new air intakes and bezel gaish, front wings, wide skirts and sills, revised rear bumper with diffuser and a boot lid spoiler in carbon.
