What are the chances of a Volvo XC90 owner deciding to do this to his or her car? Yes, it’s practically zero. The XC90 is the ultimate family car, and what you see here is an affront to every single value that makes it great. And that’s why we absolutely love it!

This widened, kitted-out, and slammed Volvo XC90 is the result of a virtual tuning effort by Rain Prisk who obviously was not happy with the way the standard XC90 looked and wanted something 180 degrees different. So, seeing as in the virtual world the only limit is in your own imagination, he decided to go mad with the big Volvo and created something quite unique.

Besides getting the ‘Slam’ treatment in which the ground clearance is reduced to pretty much zero, Prisk’s custom Volvo XC90 also benefits from a full set body kit consisting of custom bumpers and skirts and a set of ultra wide fenders. Some appropriately fat wheels and tires later the car looks like a fully ripped grandpa who smokes hash and hits on his son’s girlfriend!
