Red Bull F1 Driver Spotted Driving a McLaren 675LT

Aussie Formula One driver Daniel Ricciardo has been part of Red Bull team for so long, it is really hard to imagine him in any other colors. But that’s only at work. Turns out in his private life Daniel is a fan of one of their main rivals as he was spotted the other day cruising around Cannes in a McLaren 675LT.

In Ricciardo’s defense, Red Bull doesn’t have a road car, and even if the hyper car they have planned with Aston Martin come out on time that is still not a cruising machine. But the team’s fans might still hate Ricciardo for so brazenly, though indirectly, endorsing the product of a rival. The Aussie has bought a bright blue LT too, almost as if to deliberately put himself into the spotlight. That could be intentional, you know, a subtle wink by Daniel at McLaren, letting them know he’s ready to make the switch if they offer him a seat.
