Ruby Red Porsche 991 GT3 RS Gains Some HREs

Of all the GT3 models we have features here at MW in different colors, the Ruby Red Porsche 991 GT3 RS seems to be the most popular with the public. That’s interesting, because to be honest just looks plain pink and that’s not a cool color for an RS. At any rate, here we have a Ruby Red RS on HRE wheels which we though you may want to take a look at.

The Ruby Red Porsche 991 GT3 RS, also known as Ruby Star, has been given in this treatment a set of HRE R101 LW wheels in Brushed Dark Clear. This rim model is a favorite of RS owners probably because it is quite different than the standard wheels they get, it looks really cool on the car, and it features the same centerlock system as the standard set so it’s easy to install them without too much messing around with spacers and stuff.

The choice of color is also an interesting factor for the HRE wheels on this Ruby Red Porsche 991 GT3 RS as not only does the dark finish go well with the black aero parts and vents on the vehicle, it makes a nice contrast with the lively color of the body. We’re still not sure about the Ruby itself, but we have to say things have come together nicely on this one.
