The Blue Oval support the Thin Blue Line by expanding its range of law enforcement vehicles even further. They have just revealed the 2018 Ford F-150 Police Responder, a fast, go-anywhere truck that gives the agencies of law a more versatile and capable patrol vehicle.

Officers are going to have a marvelous time patrolling in the 2018 Ford F-150 Police Responder seeing as it puts 375 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque at their disposal. The power comes from a  3.5-liter EcoBoost engine mated to a Ford SelectShift 10-speed transmission, plus four-wheel drive for all-terrain police performance. So if you are like a drug runner who’s just got an ATV because you think the Five-O cannot chase you across rough terrain, well, tough luck there Pablo!

The main highlights of 2018 Ford F-150 Police Responder include high-strength steel frame,  military-grade, aluminum-alloy SuperCrew body, police-calibrated brake system with upgraded calipers and pad friction material, upgraded front-stabilizer bar for improved braking and handling and 18-inch alloy wheels with all-terrain tires. There is also a column shifter with center-seat delete, heavy-duty cloth front seats with slim bolsters and anti-stab plates, vinyl rear seating and heavy-duty vinyl flooring for easy cleanup, as well as 240-amp alternator, underbody protection parts, police-calibrated speedometer, and engine hour and engine idle hour meters.
