Spotlight: Porsche 911 Carrera S Endurance Racing in Guards Red

As you may recall, earlier this year Porsche released a special edition version of the 991 Carrera to mark their long history in endurance racing, specifically the 24 hours of Le Mans. Now a unique example of this model, officially called the Porsche 911 Carrera S Endurance Racing Edition, have been spotted in Guard Red.

This rare 991 edition in this rare color is something of a unicorn in the world of sports cars, but it’s not to everyone’s taste. For one thing, the Porsche 911 Carrera S Endurance Racing comes with exclusive graphics and huge letterings on its boet, stripes on the roof, and deck lid, and more graphics on the side sills. A Porsche purist may find these features orgasmically brilliant, but chances are a lot of people think they are kind of dorky and uncool.

But that aside, Porsche 911 Carrera S Endurance Racing Edition is a well-equipped, well-appointed 991 and one that will become a modern classic in the near future. The car is based on a Carrera S which has the following technical specs:
